Air Products hydrogen reformer in China - 90m ft3/ day

- Air Products has announced a contract with PetroChina to build a hydrogen steam methane reformer to provide hydrogen to PetroChina's Sichuan refinery, supplying over 90m standard cubic feet of hydrogen per day.
It is scheduled to be onstream in early 2012.
This is the first time PetroChina has signed a contract with a company from outside China to provide hydrogen. It follows similar arrangements PetroChina has with AirProducts to receive oxygen and nitrogen.
